The Restorative Divorce team are trained mediators with special interest in divorce and workplace mediation. We bring our restorative approach to our work as mediators, opening the door to results and benefits that transcend the mediated specifics.

Our divorce mediation can be combined with the overall Restorative Divorce process or done independently. In either case, a team of two mediators (one male, one female) is utilized. A single mediator is used in other forms of mediation.

Mediation, along with the Restorative Divorce process takes the power, responsibility, and decision making out of the hands of judges, divorce attorney’s, and court appointed psychologists, and puts them back into the hands of the principal parties.

Mediation is flexible and confidential. It gives you and your spouse a way to settle the conflict between you, which is natural and inevitable, in a way that helps you to work together as parents after your divorce. The mediator remains neutral between the parties; the mediator cannot give advice to either party, and the mediator does not act as an attorney.
